5 things you can do to start drawing as a beginner......

One of the hardest parts is to start something, that something you want to do but you have never tried. It is always been hard to take the first step and having a fear of making mistakes and failure.
But drawing, it is something where you are not gonna lose anything or not going to fail because drawing is something that fully depends on practice and continuity.
If you have a thought to start drawing, sketching, or painting as a beginner, then be realistic, get ready to make mistakes, have patience, give it time, and get started.

1)Get inspiration :

Always try to get inspiration from people, from nature, from pieces of stuff we see regularly like a coffee mug, plates, windows, buildings, and many more things. It will clear your idea of what to draw next.
See the world in different sizes and shapes. Try to draw things in mind, have your drawing calculations in mind.
While looking for inspiration always keep it short and simple, don't go for a detailed one because it will help you to finish your drawing early and will help you to get results.....

2)Get reference :

As a beginner always have a reference while drawing. It is not like that you cant draw what is in your mind, you definitely can but as you are a beginner I will suggest getting the reference to draw a particular thing will be a great start and you will get an idea how things are drawn.
For example - If you wanna draw parrot, collect pictures of parrots in drawing and painting forms from books, from the internet, and from anywhere you can get it. It will make you easy to draw parrot as you will be having a reference.
But if you know in which form you wanna draw parrot so just collect the picture in a particular form. Having an idea of what you wanna draw and in which form you wanna draw will be a great help.
We are living in a world where everything is on our fingertips. Use those mediums to get references. Such as check out other artist's work, get ideas, use social media sites, and join groups.

3)Continuity :

Continuity in your work will lead you to grow and improve. Try to give at least 5 to 10 minutes to draw daily. A sketchbook is one of the most important things an artist can have. So wherever you go keep a sketchbook with you so whenever you get the time you can draw. Draw anything which comes to your mind with the help of reference but do it daily, practice every day because "practice makes a man perfect" "woman too".
Then compare your weekly drawing with your previous one, congratulations! you are getting better.

4)Art supplies :

Ok, so whenever a beginner thinks about drawings and art supplies, he wants to get all expensive materials that are used by professional or experienced artists. It is not necessary to use expensive materials when you are just a beginner, as a beginner, you can just start with pen and paper or pencil and paper and once you start to get an idea about drawing, methods, and techniques then step by step you can go for inexpensive supplies. Because it is worthless that not having proper information and not knowing methods and techniques but buying expensive material.

5)Embrace :

Drawing for one or two days and not able to see any improvisation will make you quit, drawing is all about training yourself, so just embrace your work, make mistakes, and keep drawing. Your work might not be showing instant improvement, it is just like having your speed but without getting upset just keep working.
